Each course will be paired with a different Vin du Lac wine.  Please indicate your choice of entree when making your reservation.
Seating is limited to just 20 persons.

Price $65.00 pp plus tax & gratuity

  • Appetizer: Queso Fresco Empanada
  • Salad:  Tropical fruit w/micro greens
  • Soup:  Chile Plantain w/cacao
  • Sorbet:  Sangria
    • Marinated chicken with Venezuelan chocolate chile sauce
    • OR
    • Grilled American Wagyu flank steak w/slow simmered molé
      • each entree is served with polenta cake and charred tomatillo black bean salsa
  • Dessert:  Chocolate gelato w/white chocolate chunks
