Vin du Lac presents “What’s the best Red wine to pair with Triple Chocolate Beef and Bean Chili?”

Vin du Lac Winery is presenting its own special twist on Lake Chelan’s Red Wine and Chocolate weekends  (Feb 9 – 12, Feb 16 – 19).  Vin du Lac will be offering several different red wine flights during these weekends, and every customer who purchases a flight will receive a free sample of  Vin du Lac’s signature Triple Chocolate Beef and Bean Chili to pair with their wines.  Each guest can then vote for the wine they feel pairs best.  On February 19th Vin du Lac will tally up the votes, and then hold a drawing from among those who voted for the winning wine.  The winners of the drawing will receive a free dinner for two at Vin du Lac Bistro!

Tasting room hours for these special weekends are as follows:

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 9th – 12th Noon – 5pm
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 16th – 19th Noon – 5pm
