IMPORTANT DATES:
February 24th – Pick-up orders will be created in our system. Any changes can be made by logging into your account or emailing us at Wineclub@Vindulac.com.
February 26th – All pick up members will be charged. Members may pick up after then.
February 27th – Shipping members orders will be created.
March 2nd – All shipping members will be charged.
March 4th – Shipping will commence via FedEx.
Shipping Policy
Allotments of 4 or 6 bottles will now have a $15.00 flat shipping fee. Allotments of 8 bottles or more will still enjoy complimentary shipping.
For members who wish to save on shipping you have a couple of options:
-You can still pick up your wine at the winery and enjoy complimentary tasting while visiting us!-
-You can add additional bottles to your quarterly allotment to reach the 8-bottle minimum.-
-You can ask us to hold your quarterly shipment until the following quarter, and ship the two quarters’ allotments together for complimentary shipping.-
We are hoping that a majority of you will be able to visit us in person a few times a year and partake in all of the great dining and views while picking up your wine. However, we understand that is not always possible. We want to be able to continue to provide our shipping services, but the costs associated with shipping alcohol has made free shipping simply untenable.
We will continue to process the club allotments in March, June, September and December. As you receive each quarter’s newsletter, please feel free to email us your shipping/pickup preference and wine additions as needed.
