The Bistro at Vin du Lac is hiring for all kitchen positions, including sous chef, line cooks and prep cooks. We feature scratch made Bistro food with a focus on farm to table ingredients. Our main season begins April 1 and will go until October 15; however, we are open year round and need kitchen staff 12 months of the year. Well qualified candidates will have minimum 1 year professional cooking experience (not fast food).

Responsibilities include for the various positions:
Food Prep
Fry, Grill, and saute stations
Cold Station
Plate presentation
Must be able to work evenings and weekends and holidays.
Diligence, cleanliness, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are a must.
