The Bistro at Vin du Lac Winery spotlights the food and wine experience. Our executive Chef sources locally from around the pacific northwest with a farm to table focus bringing seasonal flare to the menu.The Bistro at Vin du Lac winery is looking to fill serving positions with warm, friendly, outgoing, and reliable professionals. Work in beautiful Lake Chelan and learn or expand you knowledge in wine and fine local cuisine. We are hiring individuals with a strong work ethic and the following:Qualifications
-Provide excellent customer experiences.
-Basic knowledge of food and wine.
-must be on their feet for long periods of time.
-Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
-Team player.
-Excellent communication and people skills.
-Quick thinking, ability to multitask.
-Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware/food, make quick decisions and solve problems
-Basic math skills.
-Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
-Great guests and deliver exceptional customer service so our customers will walk away feeling like they are part of our family, enjoying our friendly and relaxed environment
-Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
-Wine and Wine Club sales, take beverage and food orders.
-Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner.
-Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
-Exceptional timelessness and table service. Clear dirty dishes from table. Refill beverages throughout the meal.
-Deliver guest’s bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant.
-Work with other servers and be a team player.
